Firstly, let's be clear about who can use the Social Club - ANYONE. A lot of people don't actually realise that they are more than welcome to attend the club. You DON'T need to have worked at the Mardons/Alcan factory, be related to someone who worked there or even accompanied by an existing member of the club. The club is primarily a place for the use of the whole community.

The Social Club is OPEN TO ANYONE who'd like to come and visit. If you find that you enjoy your time with us, we'd appreciate it if you became a member it's just £5 and means reduced fees on a regular Saturday night and exclusive access to drinks promotions asnd offers.

We are an easy going, family friendly club that encourages visitors of all ages (obviously we ask that minors are accompanied by a responsible adult). If you're looking for a quiet evening drink during the week or a lively Saturday night out, come and spend some time with us.

Entry during the week is FREE and on Saturday night just £2 to non-members and £1 to members. Drinks are extremely good value - 'social club' prices!
