ACTS PREPARE TO TAKE TO STAGE IN CABARET

A cabaret night, with music, magic and comedy will be held at Mardons Social Club, in Midsomer Norton, on Saturday, February 23.Entertainments manager John Leahy recently attended a talent showcase and has picked four acts for the show.

Music will be provided by singer Stephanie Scott, while comedy will come from Tank Sherman, who recently appeared on two DVDs produced by Jethro.

Tensai will perform impressive illusions, and compere Garry Dorsey will bring it all together, adding his own brand of humour.

Tickets cost £8 in advance and are available at the social club bar and from Bert Jones on 01761 434752.

They will cost £10 on the night and the show will start at 8.15pm.
